Thank you for visiting and shopping at BladeCrafts. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are currently shipped direct from the factory to reduce costs, which allows us to have lower prices.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during holidays. Although a lot of the time our products arrive earlier, we want you to be aware that possible delays are out of our control! On average, deliveries take 7-8 days but may take up to fifteen days. Shipping estimates are shown at checkout, prior to payment- and on your order confirmation page and email.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
BladeCrafts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
BladeCrafts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us with the details. You may be required to contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report the package lost to us within five business days of the delivery date, which can found on the order confirmation and tracking pages. Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry and attempt to have it recovered. You will be required to communicate with your local USPS office, if the item was sent using USPS, and file a claim.
If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available. You may be required to file a stolen police report.
Chargebacks initiated via your payment processor without attempting to resolve via our customer service may result in your case being sent to collections, reported to the police and/or handled via a civil suit.
We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
The delivery address must be verifiable and deliverable by USPS. Package(s) undeliverable by the carrier will be charged a 15% restocking fee and the cost of shipping both to the customer and the return to us. UPS & FedEx are available, but please contact us before purchasing.
