What Is Your Refund Policy?

All purchases on our store come with a guaranteed 14-day full refund money-back from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which is to be sent to [email protected] Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

If your returned item is not in its original condition, you will not be eligible for a refund and will be required to cover the delivery fee of $8.95 to send it back to you.

Change of mind is not applicable in any case.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Promo Code items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, promo code items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Order Never Arrived/Lost in Tansit

If your order is delayed and it is well past your expected delivery date, you will be required to contact [email protected] we will investigate your order and make sure to deliver it to you ASAP.

However if your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days of the expected due date, we are happy to provide a refund in full. This will allow additional time in case your order does arrive.

If your order does arrive after a refund is processed…

1. To keep your item you will need to pay for the item again. Our staff will send you an invoice to quickly get it processed. Or,

2. You can send it back to our warehouse and BladeCrafts will cover the return delivery fee.
